Instructions
Click on the Link to this button beside the speech or paragraph to expand it to a useful panel containing:

The Assembly has before it two draft resolutions recommended by the Second Committee in paragraph 17 of its report. We will now take a decision on draft resolutions I and II.
The Second Committee adopted draft resolution I, entitled "Operational activities for development". May I take it that the Assembly wishes to do the same?
