Before we proceed, I would like to inform Member States that, on behalf of the entire membership, representatives of all regional groups -- Algeria, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Germany and Indonesia -- were appointed as facilitators by the President of the General Assembly in connection with draft resolution before us today. As a result, no more sponsors will be accepted for draft resolution A/63/L.31.

The Assembly will now take a decision on draft resolution A/63/L.31, entitled "Commemoration of the sixtieth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights".
May I take it that the Assembly decides to adopt draft resolution A/63/L.31?
