Instructions
Click on the Link to this button beside the speech or paragraph to expand it to a useful panel containing:

The Assembly has before it a draft decision recommended by the Second Committee in paragraph 7 of its report. We will now take action on the draft decision, entitled "Amendments to the General Regulations of the World Food Programme". May I take it that the Assembly wishes to adopt the draft decision, as recommended by the Second Committee?
