The Acting President
The Assembly has before it 27 draft resolutions recommended by the First Committee in paragraph 77 of its report and two draft decisions recommended by the Committee in paragraph 78 of the same report.
I shall now call on those representatives who wish to explain their votes or positions before the voting.
Mr. Jordi-Tomás (Andorra)
The Principality of Andorra has learned of a change in its vote on draft resolution X, contained in document A/62/391, entitled "Treaty on the South-East Asia Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone (Bangkok Treaty)". In the voting in the First Committee we abstained, but we shall now be voting in favour of the draft resolution.

On behalf of the delegation of Kyrgyzstan, I would like to state that Kyrgyzstan, taking into account that it cannot be included in the list of sponsors at this stage of the draft resolution entitled "Treaty on the South-East Asia Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone (Bangkok Treaty)", contained in document A/62/391, nevertheless expresses its full support for this draft resolution.

We turn first to draft resolution I, entitled "Assistance to States for curbing the illicit traffic in small arms and light weapons and collecting them". The First Committee adopted it without a vote. May I take it that the Assembly wishes to do likewise?
