I have received a request from the observer for the European Community to be the first speaker in the debate on this item. Members will recall that the European Community is Chair of the Kimberley Process for 2007.
May I take it that the General Assembly agrees, without setting a precedent, to hear the observer for the European Community, Chair of the Kimberley Process, as the first speaker in the debate on this item?
