The Assembly has before it a draft decision recommended by the Fifth Committee in paragraph 6 of its report. We will now take action on the draft decision, entitled "Budgetary and financial situation of the organizations of the United Nations system". The Fifth Committee adopted the draft decision without a vote. May I take it that the Assembly wishes to do the same?
