The Assembly has before it three draft resolutions recommended by the Third Committee in paragraph 21 of its report in document A/60/510, and one draft decision recommended by the Third Committee in paragraph 22 of the same report.
We will now take decisions on draft resolutions I through III and on the draft decision.
Draft resolution I is entitled "Strengthening the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme, in particular its technical cooperation capacity". The Third Committee adopted draft resolution I without a vote. May I take it that the Assembly wishes to do likewise?

Draft resolution II is entitled "United Nations African Institute for the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders". The Third Committee adopted draft resolution II without a vote. May I take it that the Assembly wishes to do likewise?

Draft resolution III is entitled "Follow-up to the Eleventh United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice". The Third Committee adopted draft resolution III without a vote. May I take it that the Assembly wishes to do likewise?

We now turn to the draft decision, entitled "Reports considered by the General Assembly in connection with the question of crime prevention and criminal justice".
May I it that it is the wish of the General Assembly to adopt the draft decision recommended by the Third Committee in paragraph 22 of its report?
