The President
As members are aware, in accordance with the provisions of Article 12, paragraph 2 of the Charter of the United Nations, and with the consent of the Security Council, the Secretary-General is mandated to notify the General Assembly on matters relative to the maintenance of international peace and security that are being dealt with by the Security Council and on matters with which the Council has ceased to deal.
May I take it that the Assembly takes note of document A/60/352?
