Instructions

The President
The Assembly has before it a draft resolution recommended by the Second Committee in paragraph 11 of its report.
We will now take a decision on the draft resolution, as orally corrected. The draft resolution, entitled "Report of the Governing Council of the United Nations Environment Programme on its eighth special session", was adopted by the Second Committee. May I take it that the Assembly wishes to do the same.
