Report of the Second Committee (A/59/480)

The Assembly has before it a draft resolution recommended by the Second Committee in paragraph 12 of its report and two draft decisions recommended by the Committee in paragraph 13 of the same report.
We will now take a decision on the draft resolution and on draft decisions I and II.
The draft resolution, entitled "World Summit on the Information Society", was adopted by the Second Committee. May I take it that the Assembly too wishes to adopt the draft resolution?

Draft decision I is entitled "Report of the Secretary-General on information and communication technologies for development". May I take it that the Assembly wishes to adopt draft decision I, recommended by the Second Committee?

Draft decision II is entitled "Report of the Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization on communication for development programmes in the United Nations system". May I take it that the Assembly wishes to adopt draft decision II, recommended by the Second Committee?
