The United States understands that the General Assembly, in all of its decisions today to take note of reports of the Secretary-General, is doing so consistent with General Assembly decision 55/488 of 7 September 2001.

The Assembly will now take a decision on the draft decision recommended by the Third Committee in paragraph 5 of its report. The draft decision is entitled "Documents considered by the General Assembly in connection with the question of human rights".
May I take it that it is the wish of the General Assembly to adopt the draft decision recommended by the Third Committee, as orally corrected by the Rapporteur?
