Instructions
Click on the Link to this button beside the speech or paragraph to expand it to a useful panel containing:

The Assembly will now take a decision on the draft resolution recommended by the First Committee in paragraph 9 of its report. The draft resolution is entitled "African Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone Treaty (Treaty of Pelindaba)".
The First Committee adopted the draft resolution without a vote. May I consider that the Assembly wishes to do the same?
