The President
Before I start the day's proceedings, let me again plead for the cooperation and support of the General Assembly in terms of the use of cellular phones. Please ensure that they are at least set to vibrate when you are in the Hall, because it is very disturbing to speakers -- persons who have travelled thousands of miles to be with us to make a statement -- who are disrupted as a result of the ringing of telephones. Please do your best to see how you can assist in this particular matter.
