The Assembly will now take a decision on the draft resolution as recommended by the Committee in paragraph 6 of its report, entitled "Financing of the United Nations Iraq-Kuwait Observer Mission". The Committee adopted that draft resolution without a vote. May I take it that the Assembly would like to do the same?

May I also take it that it is the wish of the Assembly wish to conclude its consideration of sub-item (a) of agenda item 132 and of agenda item 132 as a whole?
