The Assembly will now take a decision on the draft resolution recommended by the Second Committee in paragraph 9 of its report and on the draft decision recommended by the Committee in paragraph 10 of the same report.
The Assembly will turn first to the draft resolution, entitled "Preparations for the substantive preparatory process and the high-level international intergovernmental event". The Second Committee adopted the draft resolution. May I take it that the Assembly wishes to do the same?

We turn now to the draft decision, entitled "Report of the Secretary-General on the high-level international intergovernmental consideration of financing for development". May I take it that the Assembly wishes to adopt the draft decision?
