The Assembly will now take a decision on the two draft resolutions recommended by the Second Committee in paragraph 14 of its report and on the draft decision recommended by the Second Committee in paragraph 15 of the same report.
We turn first to draft resolution I, entitled "Cooperation between the United Nations and the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization".
