We shall first consider part I of the report of the Second Committee on agenda item 98, document A/52/629. May I take it that the General Assembly wishes to take note of part I of the report of the Second Committee on agenda item 98?

We now turn to the draft decision recommended by the Second Committee in paragraph 2 of part IX of its report, document A/52/629/Add.8.
The draft decision is entitled "Report of the United Nations Environment Programme". May I take it that it is the wish of the General Assembly to adopt the draft decision?
