In connection with agenda item 35, it is my understanding that, after the necessary consultations, consideration of this item may be deferred to the fifty-third session of the General Assembly.
May I take it that it is the wish of the Assembly to defer consideration of the item and to include it in the provisional agenda of the fifty-third session?
