Agenda item 147
Establishment of an international criminal court
Report of the Sixth Committee (A/51/627)
Letter from the Chairman of the Committee on Conferences A/51/721)
Report of the Fifth Committee (A/51/733)
The Acting President
The Assembly will now take a decision on the draft resolution recommended by the Sixth Committee in paragraph 10 of its report.
I should like to draw the attention of members to a letter dated 9 December 1996 from the Chairman of the Committee on Conferences, issued as document A/51/721, concerning the draft resolution.
The report of the Fifth Committee on the programme budget implications of the draft resolution is contained in document A/51/733.
The Sixth Committee adopted the draft resolution without a vote.
May I consider that the Assembly wishes to do the same?
The Acting President
May I take it that it is the wish of the General Assembly to conclude its consideration of agenda item 147?
