The Assembly will now take a decision on the two draft resolutions recommended by the Special Political and Decolonization Committee (Fourth Committee) in paragraph 13 of its report (A/51/590).
The Special Political and Decolonization Committee (Fourth Committee) adopted draft resolution I, "Declaration on International Cooperation in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space for the Benefit and in the Interest of All States, Taking into Particular Account the Needs of Developing Countries," without a vote. May I take it that the Assembly wishes to do the same?
